Many voices have craved my attention; they've sought my unwavering love
But only one voice has proved worthy and it stands alone
How easily I fall to deception; thinking darkness is stronger than light
But darkness must flee from His presence, the Son is too bright
There is no other who has any light but You.
I've walked in that light since You shined and the darkness withdrew
Where could I go where the Son does not shine?
How could I leave when He's there all the time?
