Victory

This is another one of those oddly begun co-compositions between Dave and myself. I had a repeating musical movement that he thought would sound great with this really off-rythym African beat that he had on this cheap little rythym machine somebody gave him. I didnt think it would go, but he insisted we try it, and considering the fact that this was not the first time he introduced a beat that I thought wouldn't work I figured it was worth a shot. After numerous attempts on my part to start in where he suggested ... it just kinda clicked with me. It was one of our favorites. He gave it the name "Victory" because it spoke to him of the vibrant victory we have in Christ.
